Well, it’s because it will stop any delays. If I have all the answers to my questions at the beginning of the project we won’t need to stop halfway through. It will also help me to get a clearer picture of what you want.
Why are the questions important?
Because I need to understand as much as possible about your business. The healthcare copy brief will also tell me what you want to achieve with the copy you’ve asked me to create. The more I know about your brand the easier it is for me to write great copy for you. I can put myself into the shoes of your target audience and write to inform or persuade them.

What type of questions are there?
I will start off asking you to give me the details of your company, together with a contact name and phone number. I’ll also ask about your project. I’ll want to know who your audience is and how you want to speak to them. After that will be questions about the content and finally whether you have keywords.
What happens when I’ve filled in the brief?
You send it back to me and then we’ll have a chat over the phone. We can go through your answers and make sure that everything is clear. It’s also a chance for you to ask me any questions you might have.
